Job Description
- Provides leadership to the Transportation Department on day-to-day operations
- Oversees all aspects of the daily maintenance operations
- Performs road checks during a period of inclement weather.
- Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships with
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Primary responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational support for last mile implementation
- Assure the fleet always executes orders with operational excellence
- Have readily available KPIs for discussion at any moment, such as unit economics, delivery speed star rating, cancellation rate and other KPIs as defined by management
- Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve efficiency
- Be the point of contact for all 3rd party last mile providers and negotiate to get on demand contracts with the best possible commercial terms
- Track improvement & progress with a biweekly report to be presented to the management team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any reputable field
- Experience from 7 to 10 years in the same position
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Committed to further study.
