Job Description

  • The Travel Specialist will be in charge of assisting international travelers who are communicating through our contact center, emails, and digital channels, offering travel services, recommending itineraries and travel promotions. If you are a fluent English speaker and excellent communicator, we'd like you to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
  • Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers
  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
  • Use promotional techniques  to sell itinerary tour packages
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds
  • Collect deposits and balances
  • Enter data into our software and maintain client files

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
