Job Description
A leading Egyptian state owned company specialized in foreign trade intermediation and logistical services, with branches all over the world, has developed an e-catalogue to include all exportable Egyptian products, as well as importable inputs to be used in opening new markets for Egyptian business abroad.
E-catalogue Customer Services agents are required to:
- Promote registering on the E- catalogue.
- Review and validate customer data.
- Follow up with clients, as well as regulators to validate company information and products quality.
- Assist clients in filling out their data and respond to queries of Egyptian exporters as related to registering on the e-catalogue.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field,
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in customer service and , data validation
- Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.),
- Excellent Organizational, communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
- Excellent English, other languages are an asset.
