Job Description
An experienced franchise manager is needed for a chain of convenience stores located in Egypt, named Delimart. Delimart is now expanding inside and outside of Cairo. With 10 owned stores and 4 franchised. The franchise manager will be responsible to find new franchisees, manage the onboarding process, opening and post opening operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather leads for potential new franchisees
- Oversee the process of closing new franchise deals
- Attend franchise exhibitions and seminars
- Locate appropriate locations for new openings
- Handel all franchise operations and customer service (franchisee)
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a similar industry related to franchising
- Excellent people skills
- Well connected with potential investors
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelors in business administration (Master’s degree would be a plus)
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to use excel and word
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Presentable
