Job Description
- Administration position.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities (Visits, customer respond, emergency cases).
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time with establishing work priorities.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads after approval from maintenance manager.
- Oversee all workers and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on all maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance manager for conflicts resolving.
- Develop and implement maintenance Policies and procedures.
- Ensure procedures are followed including final completion of maintenance activity (customer satisfied).
- Oversee requirements for spare parts, supplies, and approves the purchase of supplies with maintenance manager.
- Manage department efficiency by developing real time to planned time of maintenance work.
- Analyzes maintenance costs for each activity.
- Handle the reports of site inspection for professional archiving.
- Assist in Employing, supervising and training workers.
- Oversee all inventory and ensure proper storage.
- Ensure comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Oversee preventative maintenance work.
