Job Description
- Proven work experience as CEO / Chairman Executive Assistant.
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
- Hands on experience with MS Office, especially Advanced Excel.
- Taking minutes of meetings and handle reporting and analysis.
- Hospital Management experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Job Requirements
- 7-10 Years experience as Executive Assistant in Multinational or Big Local Companies.
- Post graduate studies after bachelor degree is a plus.
- Fluent English is a must.
