Job Description
- Review & approve the placement test schedule and assigned instructors.
- Review the placement test numbers, and quality and give feedback to the placement testers.
- Manage the performance of students’ progress with metrics.
- Follow up & analyze re-oral exams.
- Send daily, weekly and monthly reports with the tests.
- Track the progress and learning curve for each instructor.
- Taking disciplinary action against placement testers who don't follow the rules.
- Track the progress and learning curve for the students.
- Create and develop the PT questions.
- Spread the English environment and the company’s culture.
- Teach classes and do placement tests when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of related background education.
- A certificate in teaching (CELTA, PCELT, FELT, TEFL, etc.) is a plus
- Teaching experience of more than 5 years
- Previous managerial experience of at least one year
Technical Requirements:
- Great knowledge of CEFR and know how to assess using it.
- English fluency is a must.
- Customer-oriented.
- Familiar with targets & Results orientated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Managing Performance.
