Job Description
- Acting as a First point of contact dealing with visitors.
- Revise and Report the Stationary, buffet, cleaning and the other material needed
- Provide administrative support in the field of Secretarial and administrative support to the staff
- Managing diaries, Organizing Meetings and appointments to the top management
- Reminding Top Management of important tasks and deadlines.
- Monitoring Office boy performance and Supplies related to them.
- Booking, arranging travel to top Management.
- Support in organizing conferences and Events.
- Managing visits database and filling System
- Implementing and Maintaining Admin System
- Connected point between staff, suppliers and clients
- Various tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to sector and manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience from 1 to 3 years
- Professional in MOS Office-
- Excellent English language
- Real Estate experience is a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills
