Job Description

  • Acting as a First point of contact dealing with visitors.
  • Revise and Report the Stationary, buffet, cleaning and the other material needed
  • Provide administrative support in the field of Secretarial and administrative support to the staff
  • Managing diaries, Organizing Meetings and appointments to the top management
  • Reminding Top Management of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Monitoring Office boy performance and Supplies related to them.
  • Booking, arranging travel to top Management.
  • Support in organizing conferences and Events.
  • Managing visits database and filling System
  • Implementing and Maintaining Admin System
  • Connected point between staff, suppliers and clients
  • Various tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to sector and manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience from 1 to 3 years
  • Professional in MOS Office-
  • Excellent English language
  • Real Estate experience is a plus
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Females Only
