Job Purpose :
Plays a key role in defining the impacts of change on the business via gathering and analyzing operational information and recommending best practices accordingly to achieve business objectives.
Accountabilities:
- Identify business requirements by understanding and assessing the gathered data to uncover areas of improvement, market threats, and possible solutions.
- Extract and analyze relevant reports to support the decision-Making process and to provide consistent insights from operational perspectives to Stakeholders.
- Monitor the flow of work closely and track database variances to maintain an ongoing detailed business analysis process.
- Recommend insights and efficient ways to operate according to operational performance outcomes.
