Job Description: We are seeking a proactive "Commercial Director" to join our dynamic team.
The role of a Commercial Director for Company is crucial in overseeing and managing the

As a Commercial Director for an interior design and fit-out company, the employee is responsible
for the financial health, growth, and overall commercial success of the business. The employee
will develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, manage budgets, and ensure
profitability, while also fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. STRATEGIC PLANNING:
Develop and execute the company's commercial strategies to achieve financial objectives
and long-term growth.
Identify market trends, competitive forces, and opportunities to expand the business.
2. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
Prepare and manage annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor financial performance, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to
ensure profitability.
Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and financial risk management.
3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and
other stakeholders.
Participate in proposal and tender processes, ensuring the companys offerings align with
client needs.
4. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer
satisfaction.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to deliver projects that meet
or exceed client expectations.
5. TEAM LEADERSHIP:
Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals, including sales and business
development staff.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to enhance the team's performance.
6. COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL MATTERS:
Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee contract management, including negotiation, execution, and risk mitigation.
7. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS:
Continuously assess and analyze the performance of commercial activities, making data?driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
Skills Required
1. Proven experience in a senior management role within the interior design and fit-out
industry.
2. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
4. Knowledge of relevant industry trends, market dynamics, and client preferences.
5. Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and drive business growth.
6. 5+ years of experience in similar role.
Required
Qualifications
1. Bachelors Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
2. Masters Degree is preferred.
