Job Description
- Issuing, amending & cancelling flight tickets for customers & corporate accounts.
- Administer all booking requests and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide quick response to daily requests.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- In-depth experience of selling to customers.
- Males & Females Can Apply.
- Military Service Status Should Be Identified For Males.
- Amadeus certificate is must ( ( Basic & Advanced )
- FLUENT English is a MUST
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Team player.
- Able to work under pressure.
- At least 5 years experience working on Amadeus platform.
