Job Description

  • Issuing, amending & cancelling flight tickets for customers & corporate accounts.
  • Administer all booking requests and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide quick response to daily requests.
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
  • Enter data into our software and maintain client files.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • In-depth experience of selling to customers.
  • Males & Females Can Apply.
  • Military Service Status Should Be Identified For Males.
  • Amadeus certificate is must ( ( Basic & Advanced )
  • FLUENT English is a MUST
  • Good in written and spoken English.
  • Team player.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • At least 5 years experience working on Amadeus platform.
