Job Description

  •  Managing the operating process for the transfer and distribution of tasks and work orders on trucks.
  •  Full responsibility for managing and directing truck drivers.
  •  Permanent coordination with the Marketing and Sales Department regarding special costs and the Partnership Division.
  •  Manage the availability of security and safety necessary for the truck and vehicles to ensure the availability of security and safety.
  •  Managing direct dealings with other transport companies on workers in foreign trucks.
  •  Work on external materials.
  • Supervising the issuance of daily bills of lading for operating trucks with an estimate of the value of the financial covenant spent to cover petty cash such as excess balance and other petty cash, in coordination with the Finance Department and senior management.
  • Supervising the issuance of permits to exchange petroleum products, which are the fuel needed for the operation of trucks, in coordination with the Finance Department and senior management.
  • Follow up the movement of the foreign market for the transport of goods and customs procedures.
  • Communicate with the Marketing and Sales Department to report emergency problems and sudden malfunctions to benefit and coordinate with customers.
  • Supervising the performance of internal maintenance operations, which is the completion of the necessary periodic maintenance for all trucks and vehicles, including oil spare parts of all kinds, spare parts with a specified lifespan and other forms of periodic maintenance, while supervising the performance of external maintenance operations to deal with sudden malfunctions of trucks during the implementation of one of the work tasks. Holding business meetings to discuss customer complaints about operations for transporting goods or customs work, in cooperation with the Marketing and Sales Department.
  •  Cooperating with the Human Resources Department to work on evaluating the employees of the various departments of the Department, including employees and drivers.
  •  Overseeing truck speed control operations and drivers' compliance with driving instructions.
  • Managing the accounts and costs of operating trucks on a daily basis, which are represented in the financial covenant spent, fuel consumption, the value of petty cash, the value of performing and implementing customs procedures and formulating them in the form of reports and submitting them to the Finance Department.
  •  Issuing missions and work assignments for all employees of the administration.
  •  Make sure to receive all technical and administrative reports from all employees of the administration.
  •  Proof of memoranda to the Human Resources Department to impose penalties on violators of the instructions.

Bachelor's degree
