Job Description
- Supervise Technicians For passive network implementations and Administrate Datacenters Hardware implementation process includes installing Network Cables , Racks and network device
- Design a full infrastructure system for new sites
- Handle new implementation projects.
- Remote and On-site support for Cisco security, Palo AltoNGFW, Sophos, Fortinet security, F5 and Endpoint security
- Troubleshooting, identify and resolve Security issues.
- Handle Customer POC
- Manage Customer faults and issues.
- Follow up regular upgrades for all devices and applications.
- Installation and configuration for all network security devices, server and application for external projects.
- Low-level design and solution documentation for internal and external projects.
- Participate in service fail-over testing.
Job Requirements
- Proven previous experience in Network passive and active
- Good experience in Cisco security, Palo AltoNGFW, Fortinet security and Endpoint security is required.
- CCNA,CCNP Security is required.
