Job Description

  • Archiving and logging of all projects related documents including but not limited to site documents , quality manuals , correspondences , …etc.
  • Interfacing with clients’ and subcontractors’ DCCs for transmittals submission and receiving in addition to faxes.
  • Updating transmittal logs and drawings/reports for all projects.
  • Preparing projects qc manuals / as-built dossiers in terms of filing , photocopying and scanning.
  • Handling of couriers from/to projects department.
  • Responsible for office assets and for maintenance arranging e.g: photocopying machine , printers ,..etc ).
  • Responsible for all office administrative works including printing , photocopying and visitors protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree ( Commerce / Business / Fine arts / Arts)
  • 2 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Females Only.
  • Document Controlling course is a plus.
  • ERP system user capabilities is a plus.
  • Experience in construction field/oil & gas is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Package User ( word , excel outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills / time management.
  • Proficient typing skills.
