Venley Capitalfacilitates this process by presenting exclusive US secondary market investment opportunitiesfor investors to buy into some of the world’s most promising privately held companies.We have participated in transactions including Airbnb, SpaceX, Epic Games, PalantirTechnologies, Impossible Foods, Social Finance and Amplitude to name a few.We are seeking to partner with a UHNW/HNW Wealth Manager, Private Banker or Family Office Investment Officer interested in exposing their existing network of clients or investors to our exclusive US Pre-IPO investments.Responsibilities:Introduce Pre-IPO deal flow to existing and new network/clients baseLiaise and communicate investment memorandums and other deal specifics to network/client baseAttend investment deal information seminarsOnboard new clients to grow your network of investors and client baseManage and develop client relationships within your portfolioRequirements:Must have your own existing book of UHNW clients/investors to be considered (essential requirement)Minimum of 5 years experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking or Investment Advisory.Prior experience in placing clients/investors into investment opportunitiesStrong relationships with your network/clientsBenefits:Remuneration is commission based with a performance bonus (OTE $300K - $3MN per year)Uncapped earning potentialRemote roleIdeally used as a side venture to existing employment/business ventures for additional income.Please note:Any application that does not fit the above criteria will be disregarded.
