Job Description
- Prepares work requests in coordination with the Recruitment Department.
- Prepares personnel files in terms of justifications for appointments and company forms.
- He coordinates with the Recruitment Department in preparing an introduction and training plan for new employee.
- Prepares an insurance file for new employees and sends it to the insurance specialist.
- Follows up on the end of the probationary period and the renewal of contracts with the direct manager on the specified dates.
- Follows up on the issuance of health insurance cards with the insurance specialist.
- Solves the problems of labor offices and insurances in coordination with the insurance specialist.
It lists and reviews all vacations and holidays on SAP System - He prepares the allowances and overtime for all employees and sends them to the direct manager
Job Requirements
