• Able to create visually appealing floral arrangements for everyday requirements.

• Able to provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design and create floral arrangements for all events

• Able to prepare bouquets for guests, centerpieces in the lobby, and other flower arrangements upon request

• Assist in loading or unloading flowers and props from vehicles as and when required.

• Ensure that all designs meet client standards

• Ensure that all floral arrangements are within the allocated budget and meet deadlines

• Ensure appropriate communication of project status, schedules, and delivery information to guests, reservations, organizers, and other departments.

• All floral orders are updated in the register or paperwork and appropriate references are to be taken from the client

• Billing / Coupon preparation for all client orders

• Responsible for preparing floral containers, required supports, floral foams, and floral carts for storage, cooling, and delivery.

• Responsible for creating new vegan recipes or vegan designs.

• Responsible for ordering flowers and floral products and monitoring their arrival with vendors.

• Responsible for coordinating with florists and florists.

• Responsible for monitoring the nominal stock and submitting the required purchase orders.

• Responsible for sorting, organizing, cleaning, and restocking all supplies.

• Responsible for watering and maintaining all plants and floral decorations in the house.

• Ensure good relationships with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues.
