Job Description
- Manage the hiring process including coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, handling phone interviews and performing employment tests.
- Ensure new hires employment documents are completed.
- Prepare and update employees’ records & database related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating to ensure that it’s up to date.
- Explain policies and procedures to new and existing employees and implementing it.
- Process all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- All payroll process, including social insurance, taxes and bank accounts.
- Implementation and follow-up of administrative decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of commerce preferable in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 1-4 years of Experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance basics and income tax law.
- Experience in working on the attendance program “ZK”.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good English.
- Experience in using SAP is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
