Hiring Process: - Receives medical examination results from company doctor and take the necessary action accordingly.
- Receives the required hiring documents from the new joiners and support them in finalizing all work related documents.
- Register new employees data on HR systems.
- Establish employees’ files according to company guidelines.

On Boarding Process: - Issues employment contracts for new employees and renewal contracts for existing employees.
- Aligns with Administration Dept. to issue the company ID for the new joiners.

HR Administration: - Responsible for employees timekeeping and monthly closing as well as sending the timekeeping reports to payroll team on monthly basis.
- Extracts the violations reports related to employees timekeeping to be sent to their direct managers on monthly basis.
- Follows up with employees whom retrieve any of their work document to be returned within max. one month from the retrieving date and update HR system accordingly
- Registers employees in Social Insurance and Labor Office.

Medical Insurance - Handles Next care medical insurance policy for all employees "Adding, removing, renewals and reimbursements" and distributing the new medical cards for all employees.

Exit Process: - Finalize Clearance process for leavers.
- Deactivates the resigned and terminated employees from the different systems then communicating them with IT Dept. and deactivate their access cards on their last working days.
