Job Description

Experienced Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
 

  •  Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  •  Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and quickly, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  •  Provide effective and appropriate solutions to customer issues, ensuring the best customer experience.
  •  Accurately document all interactions and issues in the CRM system.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recurring issues are resolved and customer experience is optimized.
  •  Follow up on open complaints and ensure that they are closed satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  •  [3 - 5 years] experience in the field of customer service.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with different personalities.
  •  Ability to handle pressure and manage priorities effectively.
  •  Proficient in the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and technical support tools.
  •  Ability to proactively resolve issues, documenting and constraining them in a way that ensures an optimal solution is reached.
  •  Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  •  Ability to work independently and within a team.
  •  Preferably from Banha and its vicinity
