Experienced Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and quickly, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide effective and appropriate solutions to customer issues, ensuring the best customer experience.
- Accurately document all interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recurring issues are resolved and customer experience is optimized.
- Follow up on open complaints and ensure that they are closed satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- [3 - 5 years] experience in the field of customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with different personalities.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficient in the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and technical support tools.
- Ability to proactively resolve issues, documenting and constraining them in a way that ensures an optimal solution is reached.
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
