Job Description
Managing and planning the operation and development of the production process and taking the necessary measures to ensure the efficiency o operation and the proper use of the available resources in accordance with local and international standards.

- Developing along - and short-team plan regarding the volume of labor, raw materials, and all requirements of the production process.
- Approving and following up on the daily production plan and reviewing all data on operating hours and productivity.
- communicate with department managers to define the required business strategy and goals
- Managing projects for planning and organizing the work environment and lean production, as well as projects to increase production capacity.
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process.
- Supervising the implementation of occupational health and safety precautions.
- Participating with the quality department in projects to improve and develop operations.
- Supervising the performance of employees working in the production department.

Job Requirements
- B.S. degree of Engineering (Production - Mechanical).
- From 10 to 15 previous experience Preferred in the field of manufacturing foam ( expanded polystyrene / extruded polystyrene ).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using the computer and its various programs.
- On ground experience in applying production & Planning engineering tools as Lean manufacturing, 5S , six sigma ..etc
- Competencies: Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, project management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with service orientation
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and inclusion abilities as well as sensitivity to diverse culture
- Results-oriented and attention to details.
