Job Description
- Handle communication with the driver after assigning the job
- Handle paper work for the driver
- Assure having a driver with a valid license before the ops starts, then upload it on DB
- In case of not dealing with un on-boarded truck, make driver training and make onboarding processes to add the driver to NAQLA
- Take pictures of loads & uploads them “Live” to the job (pick-up/drop-off) on the system
- Take Soft Copies of Road & Official Receipts & uploads them “Live” to the job (pick-up/en-route/drop-off)
- Update the job status on NAQLA App
- Handle truck loading/unloading process & ensuring smooth operations
- Monitor on-ground operations success
- Handle operational emergency situations
- Build Relationships with client/in-port loading/unloading personnel
- On-ground Truck Data.
- Collect all job related paper work & Road receipts & send to NAQLA Operations HQ
- Give out Road Cash to Driver (back-up) & verify on NAQLA App to subtract from driver
- Final trip payout
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Good English Level is a must
Work Conditions:

- Must be from the same working area or near how
- Must have smart phone
- Must have transportation vehicle
- Availability to work in/out zone as business need 24/7
