Job Description
- Meet and liaise with clients to negotiate and agree research projects
- Prepare briefs and commission research
- Formulat plans or proposals to present to your client or senior management
- write and manage the distribution of surveys and questionnaires
- Briefie interviewers and researchers
- liaise with and manage survey staff
- Moderate focus groups
- Undertake ethnographic research (observing people in their homes and other environments).
- Conducte qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessments
- Use statistical software to manage and organise information
- Monitor the progress of research projects
- Analysis and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
- Write detailed reports and presente results
- Advise clients or senior management on how to best use research findings
- Manage budgets.
Job Requirements
- BSC Degrees in marketing or economics.
- An analytical mind.
- Strong knowledge of statistics and computers.
- An ability to handle data to work in quantitative research.
- Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports.
- Interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
