Job Description

  • Handling day to day operational activities.
  • Liaising with clients regarding transaction settlements, as and when required.
  • Manage the critical Cases / Escalations working as necessary with customers, colleagues and Escalation Management.
  • Monitoring call center reports.
  • Develop required analytical reports according to the business need.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Experience from 1-3 years
