Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, Telegram groups, and relevant social media platforms.
- Qualify leads and gather essential client information to assess fit and potential.
- Maintain and update a simple CRM or tracking sheet with lead statuses and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the content team to align messaging and sales material.
- Schedule discovery calls or demos for interested leads with the agency founder.
- Report weekly on lead generation performance and insights.
- Collaborate remotely with the team and attend regular check-ins.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media management, content creation, paid ads, etc.).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms for outreach.
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
- Consistent internet access and ability to work remotely.
- Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, but not required.
- Based in Egypt (Cairo or Giza preferred).
