Knowledgeable in Detailing structural systems details including concrete and steel systems and details.  

Strong experience in generating drawings and details using BIM and Revit.  

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Structural Draftsman architectural drawing packages including General Arrangement Plan, Dimension Plan, structural layouts, and structural details related to the selected systems in coordination with all design disciplines, especially MEP.    

Prepare a blow-up and detailed design package based on the information and instructions provided.  

Develop elevations, sections, and details with minimal output.  

Prepare clear and accurate plans and detailed drawings. 

Layouts according to specified materials and dimensions given by team.  

Prepare drawing register.  

Tag drawings according to authorities’ requirements and internal drawing logs.   

Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.  

Review information for completeness and accuracy.  

Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
