About Your Apps Limited

Your Apps Limited is a company that deals with System integrators for all Retail, Restaurants and Distribution POS Systems, CCTV Cameras, Led Lights, Home automation, Anti-theft, Access control, software development, applications and solutions. Achieving cost reductions and improving client satisfaction in customer-facing operations and large diverse organizations.

Role

As office manager you will manage the office. You should have the ability to multitask while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support. You should have a high stress tolerance, be self regulating, possess both reliability an consistency, can learn and solve problems well and have perfect organisational skills. It would also be to the advantage of the intern if they had a bit of knowledge in team management, finance and a keen interest in IT

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff
  • Handle duties for upper management.
  • Implement administrative systems, procedures and policies
  • Finding new sales leads and selling Your Apps Limited to customers
  • Ensuring smooth sales processes, revenue growth, customer acquisition
  • Work with the IT department
