Job Description
- Dealing with clients & Interact with them via various channels: Phone, Chat, Email .. etc
- Handling outgoing packages from A to Z including accommodation, aviation, visa, tours ..etc.
- Create new packages.
- Providing feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creating tailor packages as per client request.
- Dealing with emergencies.
- Creating special packages for Honeymooners clients.
Job Requirements
- Female (required).
- Excellent command of English language spoken and written
- Knowledge of key holiday destinations
- Excellent time management skills.
- Work under pressure
- Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
- Very Good internet searching skills.
