Job Description

 

  • Liaise between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverable.
  • Responsible for all technical & design approval/solutions before sending files to production.
  • Produce detailed working drawings and specifications.
  • Update the drawing log before sending the shop drawing
  • Ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
  • Develop ideas keeping in mind the project's needs.
  • Specify and order the materials required for each job.
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during projects.
  • Prepare technical material submittals
  • Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
  • Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities
  • Review third-party invoices & client invoices
  • Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments
  • Maintaining organized and detailed project records

 


 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of relative experience.
  • Leadership & effective communication skills.
  • Competence in CAD, Primavera, Revit and Microsoft office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent business and technical writing.
  • Excellent  English language.
  • Problem-solving Skills
