Catering Sales Manager

• Develop existing business and solicit new catering business through catering lead generation and catering sales marketing.
•  Solicit new catering customers through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques.
•  Other important duties include booking, selling, planning and coordinating all special social events while assuring the highest level of customer service.
•  Generating revenue, establishing new accounts, conducting catering sales presentations and catering sales calls also falls under the purview of a catering sales manage

Job Duties:

•  Manage the catering team to achieve the set targets.
•  Calculates the Profit & Loss studies.
•  Reinforcement the business relationship & partnership with the active customers while Finds new customers.
•  Negotiate with the customers the contract item to ensure profitability & secures a good relationship with them.
•  Liaise with Human Resources team to Hire a potential staff & assure the convenient training for the staff.
•  Support Menu planning & setting and coordinate logistics for events.
•  Provide hands-on support during the actual event.
