Job Description
- Performs regular maintenance on existing systems and design maintenance schedules for all systems to ensure they remain in proper working order.
- Repairs motors, mechanical circuits, and all mechanical and electrical systems.
- Regularly performs routine and on-the-spot tests of all mechanical and electrical systems and circuits.
- Responsible for following and maintaining all safety standards and regulations.
- Write cost analysis reports for maintaining, upgrading, and repairing machinery and electrical systems.
- Provides training for junior technicians and advise them on how to follow safety regulations.
- All tools and parts used must be tracked by the electrical maintenance technician, and new items must be ordered as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Technical diploma or 3+ year’s maintenance-related experience in electro-mechanical function. Have a good experience about maintenance 3 -7 years.
- Have a background about Food Manufacturing or FMCG
Desired Characteristics:
- Familiar with PLC and AC Drives with deferent types.
- Expert in Classic Control and reading Electrical drawing
- Expert in Troubleshooting and tracing the faults
- Dealing with the electrical parts either Power or control.
- Familiar with TPM Systems such as (PM , AM ,RCA , ….)
- Basic level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems.
- Advanced computer skills.
