Job Description

  • Oversees day-to-day operations.
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
  • Motivate team members. Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance. 
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. Encourage creativity and risk-taking. Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
  • Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses. Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching to them.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in B2B, 2:5 years 
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics. 
  • Good computer skills for spreadsheets. 
  • Communication & People management skills Experienced in dealing with a CRM System. 
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills. 
  • Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
