Job Description
- Prepare the daily report for the sales team.
- Provide clerical support to other departments.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations,
- Send sales targets weekly to team with required achievements,
- Maintaining quality control calls for customers.
- Distribute leads to the sales team alternately and monitor the team's work.
- Handling CRM Procedures.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
- Working to meet Sales team needs.
- Maintain Meetings records and clients data and status update
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Ensure Sales Attendance is met.
- Ensure company policy and procedures compliance.
- Support for the Recruitment process and interview schedule and appointments.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for Events, for the committee, board, and other meetings,
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferable English Sector).
- Females only.
- Excellent computer skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CRM Oriented
- Presentable
- Very well organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in following up with a sales team.
