Job Description

Green Eagle Tech for Solar & Renewable Energy Co. is an Egyptian Company, founded in 2016. 
We are experts in Solar Energy and Agricultural irrigation systems. 
Our goals are to provide Sustainable and Eco-friendly solutions to our clients.
Our projects have been mainly in the agricultural field and are expanding furthermore and more into the urban and architectural spaces. We are based in New Cairo and our branches are in Suhag & Aswan.

We are currently looking for an experienced HR manager to : 

  • Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and tactics across the organization aligned with overall business strategies.
  • provide guidance and counseling on HR-related issues.
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, disseminate and communicate them through employee booklets/meetings/and other forms of communication.
  • Prepare and deliver reports in conformance with legislated requirements as well as monthly and periodical HR reports to management.
  • Oversees the provision of human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies (labor office, insurance, industrial safety, etc.).
  • Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
  • Providing Performance coaching and counseling services.
  •  Sourcing & Administer the Recruitment Process by following up the overall process progress with all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s manpower needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements. 

Job Requirements

 

Knowledge of HR systems and databases

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
