Job Description
- Preparing design development and construction documents drawings
- Support project BIM mobilization activities
- Perform QA on model deliverables to ensure compliance with Owner’s BIM Standards
- The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, educational, industrial and healthcare-related projects
- Must be willing to handle multiple BIM projects simultaneously and also manage the delegated work to the offshore team
- Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks etc.
- Aware of all BIM standards

Job Requirements
- Electrical Engineering BS from a reputed university.
- At least 1 years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre-construction through hand-off phase of commercial construction.
- Overall 5-7 years of experience.
- AutoCAD, MEP, Revit is a MUST.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to lead and train small teams.
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
