Job Description

  • Record entries, records, exchange documents, and all supporting papers related to the company's accounts.
  • Records purchases and sales according to official invoices and updates the company's inventory balance.
  • Prepare a monthly  balance .
  • Matching fund's account with the various accounts and statements on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Prepares the bank reconciliation memo submitted for review on a monthly basis by the company's manager or the financial manager, if any.
  • Reviewing the general ledger on a monthly basis, checking the balance after bank reconciliations, submitting final reports on a monthly basis, and submitting for review on a monthly basis by the company’s manager or the financial manager, if any.
  • Prepares periodic reports (monthly - quarterly - semi-annual - annual) on accounts and financial analysis and submits them for review monthly by the company's manager or the financial manager, if any..
  • Receiving cash and checks and depositing them daily in the company's accounts with banks in accordance with the accounting system.
  • Preparing the daily movement of receipts and payments in a statement approved and received by the account officer, accompanied by all documents supporting revenues and expenditures, and notifications of revenue supply to banks, where they are reviewed by the account officer before the account officer adheres to them in the records and books.
  • Salary delivery.
  • Preparing the monthly VAT return and raising the related invoices.
  • Payroll accounts and follow up on their issuance.
  • Recording of contract entries in clients' accounts.
  • Follow up on customer accounts and collections and prepare a weekly and monthly report on the company's debts.
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups.
  • Analyze and report financial position including income statement variances, communicate financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
  • Supervision of taxes and compliance with federal regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce (English section) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4+ Years preferably in Construction sector
  • Technical expertise in using MS applications and work experience in ERP accounting systems is Plus.
