Job Description
- Making personalized recommendations for customers and clients. also assist in the purchase of recommended items and products, and drive sales goals, she will determine customers’ hair type, and hair care routine to help them identify the best products to meet their individual needs.
- Responsible for providing a personalized, engaging and fun shopping experience to clients, demonstrating hair beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance and meet our client's needs.
- Build up an excellent business relationship with curly hair leaders.
- Suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, like ingredients, application methods and price.
- Meet all customer inquiries for different products & routines.
- Identifies client needs and goals, and assists them in finding and selecting appropriate products and advises them on proper skin and hair care routines.
- Stay up to date on hair care trends.
- Participates in activities in assigned areas (curly studio’s, curly hair events and summer activities and all activities related to our brand) to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for the client.
- Models a strong brand identity based on our company's values.
Job Requirements
- Female (Prefer with Curly Hair)
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1: 5 years of work Experience as Beauty Advisor or Similar Role.
- Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
- Customer-service oriented
- familiar with a wide range of hair care products.
- Excellent communication skills.
