Knitting General Manager

• Independently manage many circular knitting machines .
• Capable to handle suitable knitting capacity per day and manage the entire knitting factory.
• Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity
• Assist Production Department in all operational matters
• Work with other departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure fabric quality as per customers' quality standards.
• Solve problems through discussion with higher authority.
• Assess resource requirements, provide information to management, coordinate with relevant parties so as to ensure the availability of all resources for production (including machinery, manpower, raw materials, support services, etc.) to facilitate production operations.
• Carryout any other assignment given by the management time to time.
• Schedule and assign machines to operators to meet daily and weekly production requirements.
• Checks the quality of knit fabric and makes the necessary corrections to eliminate defects.
• Coordinates with the Plant Managers for development of manufacturing methods, processes necessary to produce new products into the scheduled production process.
• Troubleshoots any production problems, assures that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production; reports process and equipment issues to Plant Manager.
• Develop next level of team whom will take responsively with total knitting operations.
