Job Description
- Responsible for supplier selection for parts and services.
- Responsible for record-keeping of all supplying activity and continuous monitoring of their credibility and reliability.
- Responsible for creating, following, and scheduling preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer's standards and/or experience.
- Responsible for the fast and effective repairing maintenance of all production and peripheral equipment (including utility and transportation equipment).
- Participate with the Plant Managerin the yearly budget forecast.
- Responsible for keeping all maintenance and repair records (for each line) including cost and time loss data.
- Responsible for the spare parts warehouse operation, including minimum stock lists, procedure for parts handling, inventory counts, and safety/space organization.
- Responsible for the readiness of the fire prevention system.
- Responsible for keeping the standards of health, safety, and national law requirements for maintenance operations.
- Responsible for handling all maintenance purchase orders, after getting the approval of the Plant Manager.
- Responsible for keeping the workforce number and standard up to par with the Management’s directives.
- Responsible for personnel training.
- Ensure that all technical and maintenance records are kept in an organized and safe place. Also, these records must be up to date and all up to the standards, which are dictated by the Management.
- Responsible for keeping a fruitful relationship with key factory suppliers in order to ensure smooth transactions and limit production time losses.
- Never reveal information to people that have no direct involvement in the company’s operation.
- Always be alert for new technologies that may create competitive advantages.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Engineering Mechatronics
- Very Good English
- He must have continuous communication with the Plant Manager.
