Job Description
- Communicating with clients by phone or via e-mail and providing technical support for technical problems and solving them.
- Follow up on customers after sales and ensure the quality of the work of the devices sold.
- Coordinating with the maintenance department to increase production efficiency or recommend new products.
- Research and diagnose technical errors in products and identify the problem to solve it.
- Testing and evaluating new Zord products.
- Conducting a questionnaire for clients to work on identifying the problem
- Creating and updating “troubleshooting” files for all faults.
- Updating the self-help files and methods in order to help customers and Zord employees to solve simple problems by themselves and save time.
- Manage multiple cases at one time.
- Follow up and repair devices and equipment, supervise their efficiency, and ensure that they are working properly.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor in computer science is preferred,
- Strong experience in Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- 3+ years’ experience in the field.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- High communication skills.
- Quick-witted.
