Job Description

  • Communicating with clients by phone or via e-mail and providing technical support for technical problems and solving them.
  • Follow up on customers after sales and ensure the quality of the work of the devices sold.
  • Coordinating with the maintenance department to increase production efficiency or recommend new products.
  • Research and diagnose technical errors in products and identify the problem to solve it.
  • Testing and evaluating new Zord products.
  • Conducting a questionnaire for clients to work on identifying the problem 
  • Creating and updating “troubleshooting” files for all faults.
  • Updating the self-help files and methods in order to help customers and Zord employees to solve simple problems by themselves and save time.
  • Manage multiple cases at one time.
  • Follow up and repair devices and equipment, supervise their efficiency, and ensure that they are working properly.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor in computer science is preferred, 
  • Strong experience in Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the field.
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • High communication skills.
  •  Quick-witted.
