Job Description
- Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching
- Establish clear team objectives.
- Control the day-to-day sales operations.
- Handling paperwork from presentations purchase agreements, closing statements to contracts.
- Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets.
- Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area.
- Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Plan meetings, presentations, company briefings, orientation, and site visits.
- Meeting with clients and advising them on the best property investment recommendations
- Determine the client's requirements and financial capabilities.
- Negotiate the best payment scheme for the client.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business
- 8 years’ experience in real estate.
- Strong Management Skills
- Experience in planning & implementing Sales Strategies
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Highly presentable
- Owning a personal car is preferable
