Job Description
- Execute innovative products with in the exterior category by working closely with the region and operation to assure exterior category sustainability in the market
- Assure on exterior products position in the market by monitoring competitors developments and activities to maintain our strategy.
- Implement product strategy by drafting and following through a local marketing plan to achieve higher growth
- Develop approach for marketing exterior category by align with the sales team and their needs to build the right competence enabling the category to reach its maximum potential
- Develop innovation concept in exterior category by indenting customer needs to reach the target growth.Implement of all plans for Marketing activities and promotions for the company’s products and service responsible for them to increase their market share, achieve the growth in the performance for the products brands and manage and following the products marketing team, and support them.
Job Requirements
- 3-6 Years of Experience in related fields of marketing in the paints industry is a Plus
- Bachelor’s Degree: Chemist, Architecture, or civil.
- Experience in media, social media, and advertising.
- MBA Holder or Certificate or diploma in marketing is an added value.
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- The ability to manage and allocate budgets
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with and an understanding of market research
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, media, social media design.
