Job Description
- Oversee the project delivery and management of all technical matters, together with responsibility for the long-term as well as the day-to-day and ensure accurate production/progress returns through the regular reports
- Manage the project execution plan for achieving the target
- Ensure effective deliverables in line with budget by ensuring that the work is undertaken is in full accordance with the cost provision allocated and as confirmed in cost valuations
- Manage the quality of the achieved tasks to meet the Quality Standards
- Motivate, support and manage directly employed site staff
- Provide training, coaching, appraisal and support as required to improve the performance of the site staff
- Manage subcontractors’ schedule and achieving their tasks to meet the due date
- Manage the equipment usage for its full capacity to ensure proper operation
- Manage the implementation of the technical office department instructions
- Approve the implemented works during the specified time duration to issue the Interim Payments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in site management (mainly in finishing projects)
- PMP/IPMA certification is preferable
- Experience in finishing projects
- Experience in Technical Office tasks is a plus
- Very Good English Language
- Excellent Computer Skills
