Roles & Responsibilities :
- Receive all customers' phone queries and requests from all the distribution channels.
- Serving the walk in customers from all the distribution channels.
- Preforming the monthly outgoing calls for quality assurance propose
- Provide and coordinate with the client to hand and to bring the required document.
- Responsible for receiving and handling the client's complaint.
- Identify all clients’ requests with the accurate recording on the relevant workflow system.
- Maintains customer records by updating and preparing all the necessary records.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Coordinate with other relevant departments in handling clients’ requests.
- Retain the policies.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- 1-2 years' minimum experience in customer service filed
- Very good command in spoken and written English
- Professional appearance.
- Must have strong organization skills.
- Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
- Must have ability to work with patience in customer relations
- Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
Flexibility hours (8 to 4 PM -9 to 5 PM)
Days off (Friday & Saturday)
