Job Description

  • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
  • Manage the process of employees termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
  • Handling all hiring process such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents and maintain it in the employee files.
  • Tracking and following up on employees' attendance, leaves and absences.
  • Assist in payroll and incentives monthly
  • Issuing HR Letters
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them.
  • Manage & update the employee’s files.
  • Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers 

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
