Job Description
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
- Manage the process of employees termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
- Handling all hiring process such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents and maintain it in the employee files.
- Tracking and following up on employees' attendance, leaves and absences.
- Assist in payroll and incentives monthly
- Issuing HR Letters
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them.
- Manage & update the employee’s files.
- Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree is a must
