• Collect rates from shipping lines
• Submit Booking (online or manual)
• Submit VGM and final instructions
• Confirm drafts with shipping lines
• Follow up loading and shipping activities to meet client satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve them with care
Location; Alexandria branch
Job Requirements
• Should have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in the field of Shipping, freight forwarder
• Have a good relationship with the Shipping line
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Reporting & Analyzing Skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Quick Adaptivity to changes and work environment
