- Demonstrates an understanding of other managers' needs, preferences and schedules in order to provide support to anticipate needs.
- Responds to internal and external queries concerning guidelines, procedures or operations.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software.
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
